Volleyball Recap: California School for the Deaf-Riverside Comes Up Short

California School for the Deaf-Riverside lost against Maryland School for the Deaf back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cubs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Orioles.

California School for the Deaf-Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Maryland School for the Deaf, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-5.

Coming up, California School for the Deaf-Riverside will face off against California School for the Deaf at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Cubs are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Maryland School for the Deaf, they are on the road again on Saturday to play Florida School for the Deaf & Blind at 8:00 a.m.
