The Millard North Mustangs will face off against the Wasatch Academy Tigers at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Millard North comes in on seven and Wasatch Academy on eight.

Millard North is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Nebraska's top teams: Westview, who was ranked seventh at the time (Millard North was ranked 11th). Millard North sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 69-66 win over Westview on Thursday.

Millard North got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Deacon Courtney out in front who went 5-for-8 on his way to 14 points and eight boards. The dominant performance gave Courtney a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Derek Rollins, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Wasatch Academy took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 90-63 win over Cottonwood. The contest marked the Tigers' most dominant victory of the season.

Wasatch Academy pushed their record up to 21-3 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Millard North, their victory bumped their record up to 15-4.
