Volleyball Recap: Caliche Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Caliche came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Fleming Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Buffaloes of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-13, 25-9.

Hallie Lewis paced Caliche's offense, picking up three kills. Lewis got some help from Lily Armstrong and her six assists.

Brooke Schaefer had a dynamite game For Fleming., getting 22 digs and three assists. That's the most assists Schaefer has posted since back in October.

Caliche dropped their record down to 14-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Fleming, their victory bumped their record up to 20-3.

As of now, neither Caliche nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
