Basketball Recap: Rosalia's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak at Home

On Tuesday, the Rosalia Spartans strolled past the Chewelah Cougars with points to spare, taking the game 44-28.

Rosalia's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-5. As for Chewelah, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Rosalia and Chewelah could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. Rosalia will face off against Garfield-Palouse at 6:00 p.m. on Friday down 185 places (286 vs. 101). Rosalia is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Meanwhile, Chewelah (ranked 327th) will meet Davenport (ranked 48th) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
