Baseball Recap: Castle Comes Up Short

Castle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Moanalua Menehune, falling 12-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Menehune this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-0 back in March.

Castle saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Royce Lown, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI. Pana Drew also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Castle's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Moanalua, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-3.

As of now, neither Castle nor the Menehune have any future games scheduled.
