Highland Regional's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They blew past the Camden Panthers 23-3. With that victory, the Tartans brought their scoring average up to 7.5 runs per game.
Soledad Vaquez-Milstein made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Those hits were her first of the season. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.
In other batting news, Highland Regional got a massive performance out of Brianna Grasso, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI.
