Volleyball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Western Wayne Wildcats, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on April 1st.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-12, 25-12.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Western Wayne, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Mountain View will square off against rival West Scranton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Western Wayne is set to take on their familiar foe Abington Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
