Football Recap: West Valley Comes Up Short

West Valley lost against Hemet back in November of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mustangs fell 28-24 to the Bulldogs. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Israel Michel threw for 60 yards on five of ten attempts. On the ground, Dai Zjun Medlock rushed for 181 yards and one TD while picking up 9.5 yards per carry.

West Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Hemet, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, West Valley will host Twentynine Palms at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hemet, they are taking a road trip to square off against Adelanto at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
