Redwood was the 70-64 winner over Porterville when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Redwood Rangers fell 63-56 to the Porterville Panthers on Tuesday. The Rangers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

It was another big night for Landen Haynes, who posted 24 points and five rebounds for Porterville. That's the most points Haynes has posted since back in November of 2024. Brayden Della was another key player, putting up 15 points and six boards.

Redwood's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Porterville, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-6.

Redwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-47 victory against Monache on the 9th. As for Porterville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 65-44 win against Golden West on the 9th.
