Baseball Recap: Millersport Comes Up Short

Millersport lost against Bishop Rosecrans back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lakers came up short against the Bishops, falling 11-1. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Millersport saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brandon Jones, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. That run was Jones' first of the season.

Millersport's record now sits at 1-4. As for Bishop Rosecrans, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Millersport will face off against rival Grove City Christian at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bishop Rosecrans is set to square off against their familiar foe Miller at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
