Bruce Trzpis and Connor Krieger did most of the damage at the plate: Trzpis went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Krieger scored three runs and stole four bases while getting on base in both of his plate appearances. Those four stolen bases gave Krieger a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kentin Grantz, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Southeast Career Tech's record is now 6-7. As for Doral Academy Red Rock, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1.
