The Fredericktown Black Cats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Saxony Lutheran Crusaders at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Fredericktown is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Last Thursday, Fredericktown ended up a good deal behind North County and lost 63-49.

Meanwhile, Saxony Lutheran didn't have too much trouble with Neelyville on the road on Saturday as they won 67-48. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Saxony Lutheran.

Evie Caruso was her usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with six rebounds and three blocks. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last 14 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Rebecca Johnson, who scored 13 points along with three steals.

Fredericktown's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Saxony Lutheran, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.
