Basketball Recap: 20 Straight Home Victories for Sidwell Friends

Sidwell Friends came tearing into Saturday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.6 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Flint Hill Huskies by a score of 60-50. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 54-50 victory last Saturday.

Jalyn Collingwood had a dynamite game for Sidwell Friends, going 9-for-17 to rack up 25 points and five rebounds. Jadah Washington was another key player, putting up six points in addition to eight boards and four steals.

Sidwell Friends smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in seven consecutive matches.
