Desert Ridge has gone 6-0 against Williams Field recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Desert Ridge Jaguars will take on the Williams Field Black Hawks in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Desert Ridge will bounce into Monday's matchup after beating Corona del Sol, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Desert Ridge blew past Corona del Sol 65-31 on Friday. The game marked the Jaguars' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Williams Field). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Rincon/University 93-46. The Black Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 35 points or more this season.

The win was the fifth in a row for Williams Field, bringing their record for this year to 8-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.0 points per game. As for Desert Ridge, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Desert Ridge strolled past Williams Field in their previous meeting back in December of 2021 by a score of 74-58. The rematch might be a little tougher for Desert Ridge since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
