Basketball Game Preview: Plymouth Bobcats vs. Sanborn Regional Indians

The Plymouth Bobcats will challenge the Sanborn Regional Indians at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Plymouth will be strutting in after a victory while Sanborn Regional will be coming in after a loss.

Plymouth took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They escaped with a win against Souhegan by the margin of a single free throw, 38-37.

Meanwhile, Sanborn Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were dealt a 56-23 loss at the hands of Merrimack Valley.

Sanborn Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Plymouth, their win bumped their record up to 6-11.

Plymouth came up short against Sanborn Regional when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 49-42. Can Plymouth avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
