Basketball Recap: Plainview Comes Up Short

Plainview has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were dealt a 58-21 loss at the hands of the Harrisonburg Bulldogs on Friday. The matchup marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Plainview's defeat dropped their record down to 20-7. As for Harrisonburg, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-12.

When Plainview and Harrisonburg next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Plainview will square off against Buckeye and their six-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Harrisonburg will try to stop Calvin's three-game winning streak when the meet at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
