Divine Savior Holy Angels came tearing into Friday's match with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Montini Catholic Broncos by a score of 2-0.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Divine Savior Holy Angels to victory, but perhaps none more so than Gail Buckner, who had ten digs and two assists. Buckner is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaitlyn Jones, who had 15 assists.

Divine Savior Holy Angels' victory bumped their record up to 29-1. As for Montini Catholic, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-9.

Divine Savior Holy Angels wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against North Branch on the 3rd. As for Montini Catholic, they will face off against Barrington at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
