Frederick entered their tilt with Riverdale Ridge on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Ravens with a sharp 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Golden Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Frederick was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13, 25-10.

Marisol Tembrock was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had four digs and three aces.

Tembrock wasn't the only good server: Frederick was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in six consecutive games.

Frederick's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Riverdale Ridge, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Frederick will venture away from home to face off against Berthoud at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Riverdale Ridge, they will head out to take on Mountain Range at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
