Basketball Recap: Maple Heights Piles Up the Points Against Bard Early College

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Warrensville Heights, Maple Heights was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They really took it to the Bard Early College Raptors for the full four quarters, racking up a 41-9 victory. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Mustangs had established a 21 point advantage.

Among those leading the charge was Treasure Cistrunk, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Robyn Hardwick, who had six points.

Maple Heights pushed their record up to 9-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.2 points. As for Bard Early College, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maple Heights will head out to square off against Lorain at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bard Early College, they are taking a road trip to take on Beachwood at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
