Volleyball Recap: Fairlawn's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Fairlawn won the last time they faced Franklin Monroe and things went their way on Thursday too. Fairlawn walked away with a 3-1 win over Franklin Monroe.

Fairlawn walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 13-25, 25-7, 25-23.

Camryn Helber paced Fairlawn's offense, picking up 12 kills. Helber got some help from Avah Roediger and her 26 assists. Maddy Miller controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.

Fairlawn's win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 7-15. As for Franklin Monroe, they dropped their record down to 5-17 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Fairlawn has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Newton Local on the 14th. Franklin Monroe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
