Basketball Recap: East Hickman County Comes Up Short

East Hickman County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost to the Grace Christian Academy Lions on the road by a 59-43 margin.

Ty Gibbs continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Grace Christian Academy, putting up 19 points along with seven boards and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Kade Nord, who posted five points.

East Hickman County now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Grace Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season.

East Hickman County will face off against Camden Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Grace Christian Academy, they will challenge Columbia Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Grace Christian Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches.
