Volleyball Recap: Park Rangers vs. Lockwood LIONS
Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lockwood LIONS. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the LIONS this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss back in September.
Park wouldn't go down easily and took Lockwood into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking three-point loss. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-13, 25-19, 19-25, 15-12.

Despite the loss, Park still got an impressive performance from Abbey Watts, who had 18 digs. Watts has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.
Lockwood was led to victory by Tessa Ketterling and Ana Plutt. Ketterling had 21 digs and four assists, while Plutt had 25 digs. Those 25 digs gave Plutt a new career-high.
Park's defeat dropped their record down to 4-22. As for Lockwood, they moved to 7-15 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak.
Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lockwood, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Hardin on the 28th.
