Volleyball Recap: Zion-Benton Takes a Loss

Zion-Benton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Mundelein Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-0 loss on April 9th.

Zion-Benton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Mundelein, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season.

Zion-Benton has already played their next contest (against Larkin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Mundelein, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Boylan Catholic on the 26th.
