Basketball Recap: Lewis Takes a Loss

Lewis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Charles J. Colgan Sharks, falling 79-37. The Lancers lost against the Sharks in their previous head to head back in December of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 52-51 score last time.

Lewis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Charles J. Colgan, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lewis will welcome Osbourn at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Charles J. Colgan, they will challenge Unity Reed at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
