After a string of three wins, Wisconsin Lutheran's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Carmel Corsairs. The Vikings were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Corsairs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Wisconsin Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Carmel, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Wisconsin Lutheran wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Elgin on the 6th. As for Carmel, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Richmond-Burton on the 6th.
