King's Academy came tearing into Thursday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Christian Home Educators Knights by a score of 49-37. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 62-44 win last Friday.

King's Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Eli Najera, who went 5 of 6 en route to 11 points. That's the most points Najera has posted since back in January of 2024. Brayden Madison was another key player, putting up nine points.

King's Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in seven consecutive games.

King's Academy pushed their record up to 15-13 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points over those games. As for Christian Home Educators, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season.

King's Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 64-15 win against Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy on the 6th. As for Christian Home Educators, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 43-33 victory against Westlake Academy on the 7th.
