Volleyball Recap: Collins Hill Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Collins Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Archer Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

While Collins Hill was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Archer's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-14, 25-18.

Destinee Evans paced Collins Hill's offense, picking up six kills. Evans got some help from Anna LaPerriere and her six assists. Kyndall Dupigny controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Jayana Castro was the offensive standout of the game as she had ten digs and one assist.

Collins Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Archer, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Collins Hill didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Oconee County on the 14th. As for Archer, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Duluth on the 14th.
