South Columbus is 9-0-1 against West Columbus since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Stallions will square off against the Vikings at 5:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

South Columbus had been on a four-game streak of scoring at least four goals, but East Bladen put an end to it on Wednesday. The Stallions lost 6-1 to the Eagles. South Columbus haven't had much luck with East Bladen recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, West Columbus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against South Columbus, falling 12-0.

South Columbus' defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 6-5-1. As for West Columbus, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

South Columbus took their victory against West Columbus in their previous matchup on Tuesday by a conclusive 12-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Stallions since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
