Williamsburg Academy can bid farewell to their nine-match losing streak thanks to their match on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Dillon Christian Warriors. This was a revenge game for the Stallions: when they faced off against the Warriors two weeks ago, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

The victory didn't come easy: Dillon Christian scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19, 14-25, 25-18.

Williamsburg Academy's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-14. As for Dillon Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-12.
