Volleyball Recap: Plainview Takes a Loss

Plainview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the San Angelo HomeSchool Saints.

Plainview's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for San Angelo HomeSchool, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Plainview wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Colorado on the 22nd. As for San Angelo HomeSchool, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Buena Vista at 6:00 p.m. on September 23.
