Softball Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

If Highland was feeling good fresh off their 12-1 takedown of Madison on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rams lost 13-7 to the Bobcats on Friday. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bobcats earlier this season, when they won 12-1.

Janae Whitehead made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. That triple was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Reece Bybee, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.
