Volleyball Recap: Princess Anne Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Princess Anne was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Green Run Stallions. The Cavaliers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Stallions apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Princess Anne started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-17, 25-20, 25-14.

Among those leading the charge was Makayla Odeneal, who had seven digs and six aces. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Princess Anne's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Green Run, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Princess Anne has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Landstown on the 4th. As for Green Run, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Cox on the 4th.
