Basketball Recap: Kemper Academy Comes Up Short

Kemper Academy lost against Sylva Bay Academy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rams were beaten by the Saints 58-17. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-3.

Tristen Rogers had a dynamite game For Sylva Bay Academy., shooting 90% from the field en route to 20 points and six steals. Rogers has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last seven times he's played. Cash Pickel was another key player, putting up ten points and four steals.

Kemper Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Sylva Bay Academy, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
