Robert Russell Game Report: @ Paradise

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Robert Russell: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He picked up 0.5 sacks and made one tackle (1.0 for loss), helping propel Las Plumas past Paradise by a score of 27-14. We hope Russell's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Russell and Las Plumas will face off against Anderson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Cubs will enter the matchup having just beaten Live Oak, so the Thunderbirds will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
