Recap: Seven Rivers Christian Warriors vs. Classical Prep Lions

Make it 15 blowout wins for the Seven Rivers Christian Warriors this season. They claimed a resounding 53-25 victory over Classical Prep on the road. The win was nothing new for Seven Rivers Christian as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Seven Rivers Christian was led to victory by Annalise De beer and Jurisah Bailey. De beer dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds, while Bailey scored 17 points along with nine steals. Bailey is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Zoey Houle, who scored ten points along with three steals.

Classical Prep struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Seven Rivers Christian pulled down 12 offensive rebounds.

Seven Rivers Christian's victory was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-3. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 36.13 points. As for Classical Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 10-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seven Rivers Christian will take on Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Forest's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three games. As for Classical Prep, Classical Prep and Central will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 29th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Central comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 23 points in their last seven games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
