Softball Recap: Tawas Area Braves vs. Atlanta Huskies
Tawas Area's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 12-8 win over the Atlanta Huskies.
Kelsey Look made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and seven unearned) runs off four hits. Look was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs.
In other batting news, Khloe Barringer was a standout: she got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs. Rowan Davis was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
