Football Recap: Yulee Skates Past Global Outreach Charter Academy with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Yulee). They breezed past the Global Outreach Charter Academy Kodiaks to the tune of 67-0 on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Hornets considering their 13-point performance the matchup before.

Yulee didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off seven passes before the game was over. Emma Elwell led the group effort, picking up four of those interceptions all by herself. Kamilya Johnson got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

The win made it two in a row for Yulee and bumps their season record up to 4-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.0 points over those games. As for Global Outreach Charter Academy, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-4.
