Basketball Recap: Twin Valley Comes Up Short

Twin Valley was the 32-24 winner over Mill River when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Twin Valley Wildcats fell just short of the Mill River Minutemen by a score of 43-40 on Monday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Twin Valley's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Mill River, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 3-10 record.

Twin Valley will square off against Arlington Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Arlington Memorial's defense has only allowed 25.7 points per game this season, so Twin Valley's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Mill River, they will take on White River Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. White River Valley will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Mill River surely won't give up without a fight.
