Softball Recap: Ozark Takes a Loss

Ozark was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 8-3 to the Waldron Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-7 back in March.

Ozark's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Waldron, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ozark will face off against Alma at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Waldron, they will take on Booneville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
