Softball Recap: Nipomo Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Nipomo's offense. They came up short against the Paso Robles Bearcats on Tuesday, falling 9-0. The Titans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bearcats earlier this season, when they won 14-7.

Nipomo's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Paso Robles, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

Nipomo will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Cabrillo at 4:30 p.m. The Conquistadores will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last. As for Paso Robles, they will square off against Pioneer Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
