The Princeton Panthers will venture away from home to challenge the McKinney Boyd Broncos at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Princeton has now lost 14 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since February 28.

Things were looking good for Princeton after they put the first runs on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They lost 10-2 to Prosper.

Jadyn Walton was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-4 with one home run. Maddie Anguiano was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one double.

Meanwhile, McKinney Boyd didn't have quite enough to beat Allen on Wednesday and fell 12-10.

Madison Treadwell was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over 4.2 innings while giving up four earned runs off four hits. Treadwell was even better at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

In other batting news, Addyson Lewis made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored three runs and stole four bases while going 3-for-4. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Leah Teague, who scored three runs while going 3-for-3.

Princeton's record now sits at 4-20-1. As for McKinney Boyd, their record is now 16-12.
