Soccer Recap: Pikeville Takes a Loss

Pikeville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-1 to the Perry County Central Commodores. Pikeville were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Perry County Central apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Pikeville's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Perry County Central, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Pikeville has already played their next match (against Shelby Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Perry County Central, they will face off against Letcher County Central at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday.
