Football Game Preview: Sammamish vs. Lakeside

On Friday Lakeside take on Sammamish at 7:00 PM. Lakeside have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.

Last Friday, Lakeside came up short against Ballard, falling 16-26. Junior Jack Dickinson and Bennett Dondoyano were two go-getters for Lakeside despite the loss. The former picked up 136 yards on the ground and threw 2 TDs, while the latter picked up 136 yards on the ground and threw 2 TDs.

Meanwhile, it was all tied up at halftime, but Sammamish weren't quite Roosevelt's equal in the second half when they met. Sammamish took a serious blow against Roosevelt, falling 6-49.

Lakeside took the game and then some with a 51-13 victory the last time the two teams met over Sammamish. Will Lakeside repeat their success, or does Sammamish have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
