Soccer Recap: Campbell-Savona Comes Up Short

Campbell-Savona fought the good fight in their overtime match against Addison on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 3-2. Campbell-Savona were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Addison earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Chace Morgan and Cooper Allington scored both of Campbell-Savona's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Campbell-Savona now has a losing record of 6-7-2. As for Addison, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.

Coming up, Campbell-Savona will be playing in front of their home fans against Jasper-Troupsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Addison, they will welcome Williamson at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
