Basketball Recap: Amber-Pocasset Extends Winning Streak to Seven

Amber-Pocasset put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They skirted past the Davis Wolves 50-47. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 37-23 victory the Wolves walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Amber-Pocasset's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points per game. As for Davis, their loss ended a nine-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 3-1.

Amber-Pocasset will take on Rush Springs in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Davis, they will be home for the holidays to greet Little Axe at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Davis is facing Little Axe at the right time seeing as Little Axe is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
