Blessed Trinity had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions on Saturday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Titans haven't had any issues with the Golden Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Blessed Trinity walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-19, 25-18.

Their offense was headlined by Raquel Mina and Riley Gilmore, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Allie DeWeese and her 22 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Blessed Trinity's win bumped their record up to 35-10. As for St. Pius X Catholic, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 28-21.

Coming up, Blessed Trinity will take on Cartersville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Pius X Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
