Softball Recap: Glendora Takes a Loss

Glendora blew Diamond Bar out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Diamond Bar got their revenge. Glendora fell just short of Diamond Bar by a score of 4-2. The Tartans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Brahmas earlier this season, when they won 6-0.

Kylie Coleman was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high.

This is the second loss in a row for Glendora and nudges their season record down to 7-5. As for Diamond Bar, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Coincidentally, Glendora and Diamond Bar will both be playing Claremont the next time they take the field. Glendora will head out to face Claremont at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Diamond Bar will host them at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
