McClatchy has gone a perfect 10-0 against Grant recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Lions will head out to take on the Pacers at 4:00 p.m. McClatchy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.8 runs per game this season.

McClatchy is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 11 runs on Friday, they were much more limited against Elk Grove on Saturday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Thundering Herd. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Lions were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Grant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 8-2 to Cordova.

McClatchy moved to 20-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Grant, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-20.

Everything went McClatchy's way against Grant in their previous meeting on April 4th, as McClatchy made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
