Volleyball Game Preview: Start Spartans vs. Northwest Ohio Classical Academy Spartans

Start will face off against Northwest Ohio Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Start came up short against Perrysburg on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Spartans have struggled against the Yellow Jackets recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

While Start was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-22, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Northwest Ohio Classical Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener two weeks ago. They skirted past Start 3-2.

Northwest Ohio Classical Academy was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-18, 19-25, 25-19, 15-13.

Start now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Northwest Ohio Classical Academy, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
