It was a good run, but Cambridge unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 40-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Providence Academy Lions. Cambridge was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Providence Academy earlier this season, when they won 47-28.

Cambridge's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Providence Academy, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-10.

Cambridge will venture away from home to challenge First Baptist at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in First Baptist's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matches. As for Providence Academy, they will face off against Fairhill at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
